JOB SUMMARY: You will work closely with guests, travel agents and wholesale partners over the phone and through email to share the UnCruise Adventures small ship soft adventure experience. You will provide exceptional customer service while responding to inquiries, answering questions, making bookings, taking payments, etc. with the goal of bringing each conversation to a booking. Quickly developing a rapport with the caller, sharing your passion for the company and product and utilizing appropriate information-building and closing techniques will help you to be successful. You will be working in a team environment. This is a full time position located at the company’s headquarters in Seattle.
QUALIFICATIONS: The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. •BA or BS degree; or work experience in the travel sales industry and customer service arena •Advanced, proven sales skills. Strong understanding of developing a rapport with the caller, directing the call and closing the sale •Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both oral and written, are essential •Strong aptitude for technology and learning new systems. Experience with Word, Excel, Outlook, Salesforce and reservation/booking systems (Cruise Partner IBS, etc.) extremely helpful •Outstanding organizational skills and the ability to prioritize your work load while managing multiple tasks throughout the day in a fast-past environment •Excellent follow through and attention to detail
