Macs Adventure is a fast-growing adventure tour operator with offices in the UK, US and Germany - and big plans. We arrange fantastic self-guided walking, cycling and adventure holidays for thousands of customers in over 35 countries all over the world.
We are currently seeking a Head of Sales and Customer Service to lead and develop our sales and customer service effort, working alongside Chief Adventure Officer, Neil Lapping and the other talented members of the Macs team.
As a fast-growing international business, the success of Macs Adventure is driven by great customer experience throughout the sales cycle, which focuses on tailor made independent adventures. Through your dedicated team in the UK, US and Germany, you will enable us to connect more customers with authentic, transformative travel experiences.
We are looking for an experienced and driven sales and customer success expert with proven leadership, sales and customer service skills. A track record of leading and delivering multi-layered sales campaigns and great customer experience in transactional customer facing or travel businesses that have delivered high growth is essential.
Your strengths will centre around your ability to thrive in an environment that nurtures a resilient pro-active approach. Equally at home developing an innovative sales and customer experience strategy as dealing with more operational matters, you will understand the requirements of working to fluid and changing priorities, working with your team proactively to ensure Macs makes the most of all sales opportunities and that our approach to customer experience can be supported.
