Terra Nossa, DMC, inbound tour operator is looking for a new general manager. Manager will organize logistics, develop new itineraries, administrate the company and manage the team of 4 people. Terra Nossa is specialized in tailor made trips to french speaking people. We believe in travelling with soul and not selling massive trips to anyone, we want to get known as the specialist of quality and extraordinary travels.
We are also part of a network of 18 inbound tour operators Terra Group : https://www.tailor-made-travels.com/. Our main goal for the 3 next years is to start to develop our business on new market : english speaking market.
3 years of working experience in tourism or not. You have to know Brasil a minimum, if you don't know this country it's gonna be complicated. Frenck speaking is needed. Portguese speaking is important. If you already have a visa and you lived in brasil for many years it's a real plus but it is not mandatory.

We sell tailor-made adevntures in all the northeast of Brazil, from Salvador to Amazonia.
Our main market is french speaking people but the main strategy is to open to other english speaking market.
We are a team of 6 people, mostly brazilian people who speak french and english.
