SOLEQ.travel is an incoming Tour Operator, located in the city of Quito, specialized in individual and group tours all over Ecuador. The Sales Executive will:
Contact direct clients and agencies abroad via emails, Skype and telephone independently from travel requests;
Develop personalized travel offers and new touristic programs (conception, quote and preparation of the detailed offer);
Plan and develop rates based on the politics of the company;
Implement of actions for the sales promotion, especially by phone calls, emails or the necessary media, preparing material and post-processing;
Create and evaluate statistics and monthly sales report in order to implement strategies to improve them;
Support all tasks in the day-to-day business.
Completed formation in the area of tourism, hotel industry, business administration or similar;
Dynamic person (m/f), be proactive, capability to communicate with internal and external clients in oral and/or written way using the different media technologies;
Responsible, respectful, cooperative person with team spirit;
Dominate German language at 100 %, English and Spanish language at 80%;
Have excellent abilities to solve problems;
Be able to transmit confidence and good interpersonal relationships;
Very good knowledge of MS Office programs;
Knowledge of tourism in Ecuador;
Minimum one year of experience in a similar position;
Knowledge in handling social media.
