You’re hands on and understand the difference between a recreational activity (scuba diving) as a business, not simply a passion. 7 to 15 years of sales, marketing and business development experience in the travel industry or related fields -Computer savvy, online marketing knowledgeable as well as flexibility to accept changing technology - History of setting, implementing, integrating and meeting sales and marketing goals - Developing sales plans, promoting new business opportunities and assessing ROI - Inspiring top-notch team customer service - Extensive writing and communication experience.
