To work alongside the Sales and Product teams to ensure an exceptional standard of guest service is delivered through meticulous attention to detail and thorough organization. The Travel Executive will deliver consistent precision in our documentation, concierge services, invoicing and booked services. Furthermore, to maintain up to date relevant and accurate Product information to the business maximizing revenue opportunities and the guest experience.
Responsibilities: • Be a core component of the team by joining together operational requirements with the Travel Consultants’ sales responsibilities ensuring efficiency and accuracy • Diligently adhere to operational processes by verifying all itinerary details and ensuring guest documentation is completed to the highest standard • Act as a second pair of eyes, spotting discrepancies and areas for possible error • Obtain and accurately record all required information from guests on behalf of the Travel Consultants • When required, organize any additional extra concierge elements for the trip such as activities, restaurants, spa treatments, travel insurance – notably in busy travel seasons • Attend supplier trainings to ensure total immersion in the destinations offered, including the possibility of visiting countries as part of a familiarization trip • Maintain and update the Product Database to ensure consistency and accuracy at all times • Assist the Product Development Manager with projects as required • Demonstrate LTG company values and behaviors.
Duties: The duties that derive from these responsibilities include but are not exclusive to: 1. Support designated team members with their itineraries as and when necessary 2. Ensure that we remain consistent as a team enabling us to continuously provide our guests with the best service 3. Provide a travel concierge service to team members before, after and during trips 4. Support our Sales team with the entire guest journey 5. Work with and assist the Sales and Product teams to ensure product data is updated in a timely manner 6. Load and maintain product data such as experiences, offers, flights, transfers, etc. 7. Write or edit product copy as needed. 8. Load and refresh images for geographic areas, properties and itineraries as required 9. Maintain Scott Dunn standards by responding to all interactions promptly 10. Work closely with our global team alongside management to resolve any obstacles for the US office. 11. Proactively suggest improvements to products, systems and processes. 12. Such other duties as management may reasonably require.

Additional Salary Information: Basic salary US$40K. Based on experience and excluding additional benefits.
