Adventure Life is looking for a highly motivated individual to coordinate our trips. Operations coordinators provide direct customer service and manage logistics from the time travelers register for their trip until they return home. This is an office position in Missoula, MT that requires excellent organization and communication skills. Each day entails managing several dozen e-mails with overseas outfitters, conversing with clients about upcoming trips, and continual research to stay informed about the destinations. Problem-solving and customer service skills are necessary. Other responsibilities include assisting in the daily routine of making the office run (answering phones, filing, client mailings). Excellent writing skills, multitasking abilities and self-motivation are all key characteristics of a successful Operations Coordinator. Excellent organizational, writing, and communication skills
Experience in multi-project management
Knowledge of Word and Excel required
